1. General Agreement

By submitting inquiries, placing sample or bulk orders with Haikou Xiuying District Aifu Technology Co., Ltd (referred to as "the Supplier"), you confirm you have read, understood and fully accept all the following terms and conditions.

2. Product Specification & MOQ

All product specifications, prices and MOQ listed on our website are for reference only. Final formal quotation will be sent to your email after detailed business communication. Minimum order quantity differs between standard stock items and customized OEM/ODM orders.

3. Intellectual Property

All factory product images, texts, design drawings on this website are intellectual property of our company. Copy, reproduction and commercial use without written authorization are prohibited. Private label OEM clients own the right of their customized brand logo after full order payment.

4. Shipping & Delivery Schedule

Delivery time stated in quotation starts counting from the date we receive your deposit payment. Force majeure situations including port congestion, natural disasters, factory raw material shortage will extend delivery time without compensation liability from the supplier.

5. Import Responsibility

Buyers are fully responsible for local import tax, customs clearance, local certification and local market sales compliance in EU, USA or other target countries. We only provide factory export certification documents (CE, ROHS, LFGB etc.) for customs clearance use.

6. Policy Update Right

We reserve the right to modify these terms & conditions without advance notice. Updated versions will be published on this website page directly.
