Refund And Returns Policy
1. Sample Order Return & Refund
If sample products have factory production defects confirmed by both parties within 7 days after you receive samples, we support free re-sample delivery or full sample payment refund. Return shipping cost of defective samples is covered by our company. If you refuse sample goods for personal preference without quality defects, return shipping fee and 15% restock fee will be deducted from refund amount.
2. Bulk Wholesale Order Quality Issue Solution
For mass container orders, buyers must provide clear photos/videos of defective goods within 15 working days after container arrival at destination port. We provide two solutions for confirmed factory quality problems:
- Send free replacement spare parts in your next new order
- Issue corresponding partial payment deduction on your next order deposit
3. Non-Quality Related Return Rejection
We do not accept return or refund requests for the following situations:
- Buyer local market demand change, wrong order quantity planning
- Damage caused by incorrect installation, improper use or local transportation after delivery
- Customized OEM goods with private brand logo, customized color or special function modification
4. Warranty Explanation
All our home appliances carry 1-year factory spare parts warranty. This warranty only covers factory internal component failure, not man-made damage, abrasion or consumable parts.
