Order Cancellation Policy

This cancellation policy applies to all sample orders and bulk wholesale orders placed with Haikou Xiuying District Aifu Technology Co., Ltd.

1. Cancel Order Before Deposit Payment

If you have only confirmed quotation and not paid the required deposit, you may cancel your order with zero fees or compensation. Please send a formal cancellation notice via email to momingxin1@outlook.com to inform our sales team.

2. Cancel After Deposit Paid, Before Production Starts

Once you pay the 30% production deposit, our procurement team will reserve raw materials for your goods. If production has not begun, 50% of your deposit will be refunded, the other 50% will be retained as material reservation loss compensation.

3. Cancel During Mass Production

After our factory starts formal production of your order (standard stock goods or customized OEM appliances), order cancellation is not acceptable. If you force cancellation, all deposit paid will not be refunded to cover factory production line scheduling loss.

4. Cancel After Production Finished & Shipped

Once goods are produced and delivered to port for loading, cancellation requests will be fully rejected. You must complete the balance payment and take delivery of the shipment as scheduled. All ocean freight, customs and storage losses shall be borne by the buyer.

For uncontrollable force majeure situations including national import bans, long-term port lockdown, international logistics suspension, epidemic restrictions, we will negotiate flexible solutions:

All cancellation requests must be submitted by official business email with your order number, company name and clear cancellation reason. We do not accept verbal or WhatsApp only cancellation notifications without written email confirmation.
