Payment Policy

1. Supported Payment Methods

We support multiple international payment methods for wholesale customers from EU and USA:

• T/T Bank Wire Transfer (30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment)
• Western Union for small sample orders
• PayPal for sample order payment only
• L/C Letter of Credit for bulk large orders

2. Payment Terms

For bulk wholesale orders, we require a 30% advance deposit to arrange raw material and production. The remaining 70% balance must be fully paid before we arrange container loading and send full shipping documents.

Sample orders require 100% full payment before delivery.

3. Invoice & Receipt

After receiving your full payment, we will issue official commercial invoice, packing list and customs declaration documents for your import clearance in EU or USA ports.

4. Payment Security

All bank transfer information is issued by our official company account under Haikou Xiuying District Aifu Technology Co., Ltd. We will never accept private personal bank accounts for bulk order payments.
